Block & Bottle: Meat Salt Smoke Beginners Sausage & Charcuterie Masterclass | Meat Salt Smoke | dinsdag, 25. februari 2020

This beginners charcuterie class is your chance to learn how to make sausages and the foundations of curing whole cuts and charcuterie production from the Master Butcher behind Block & Bottle and Meat Salt Smoke, Steven Warren.
Taking place at Meat Salt Smoke's production facility in Byker, you will have a behind the scenes tour of Meat Salt Smoke, a demonstration of a breakdown of a side of pork, a chance to make your own sausages and a talk on the science of curing meat and producing salami and charcuterie. Throughout the evening you will put your new knowledge to the test by preparing a cured pork product and sausages under the expert guidance of Steven and Joel.
At the end of the class there will be some delicious beers and food made from ingredients you have prepared that evening and afterwards you get to take your sausages and cured meats home with you.
Classes are held on a Tuesday evening. We are also able to accomodate private butchery and charcuterie classes in groups of 4-8 on other days. Please contact the team on hello@blocknbottle.com if you are interested in booking a private class.
