Would you like to read books that inspire you to live a happier and healthier life?
Would you like to share your thoughts and findings with like minded people?
Then join us at our health and happiness monthly book club. Each more we'll share a book by leaders in the field of health and happiness such as Russell Brand, Brene Brown and Ruby Wax.
In each meet up we'll be discussing our reflections on the books asking these key questions;
What have you found most useful about this book?
What are you doing differently as a result of reading this book?
What has changed in your life as a result of reading this book?
How has this book been useful for your health and happiness?

In each book club meet up we'll be reflecting on books that give us food for thought about how we can look after our health and happiness. Including books that explore our favourite topic mindful art. 
You can also pick up a copy to loan, thanks to Manchester Libraries.
