This Level 3 qualification is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, supervisors of food handlers within the industry. Holders will gain a broad knowledge of food safety and food hygiene, enabling them to identify problem areas and recommend solutions. 
The qualification has been designed for those who are, or intend to be supervisors of food handlers within the food industry. It is the ideal link between the Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Hygiene qualification and the more advanced Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safely. 
This is a 3 day workshop and attendence is required for complete duration.
